MAXIMUM DESIGN MANAGEMENT combines the best features of all three project delivery systems. Like design/build and construction management, Houseman works closely with the architect during the design phase to provide value engineering and cost estimating services. Like general contracting, competitive bidding then takes place, with pre-qualified subcontractors, and a not-to-exceed price is set prior to the beginning of construction.

On Maximum Design Management projects, Houseman utilizes an open book accounting system throughout the project.  We will assume all risk, while capping the owner's financial liability.
